Abstract:
Human Immunodeficiency Virus responsible for the Acquired Immuno-Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is one of the dreaded diseases of the century. Till date no medicine is available for the prevention and treatment of the disease. Researches are being done throughout the globe. Some efforts are also being made to find drug from plant sources based on ethnomedicine. Attempt has been made to record plants/recipes used as ethnomedicine at Tokombere, Far North Cameroon for the treatment of HIV/AIDS
