Abstract:
Traditional knowledge is included in the scope of intellectual work originating from ideas, ideas, or discoveries of community groups of a country. As time goes on, it is important that Traditional Knowledge be protected. Especially the protection of IPR laws against traditional knowledge itself. Legal protection This traditional knowledge is in fact not only done in developing countries but also in developed countries. In this paper, the authors are interested in discussing the comparison of traditional knowledge legal protection in several countries, such as Bangladesh, Australia and Indonesia. The research method used in this paper uses normative juridical. The paper discussed the concept of understanding traditional knowledge as intellectual property and a comparison of legal protection for traditional knowledge in Bangladesh, Australia, and Indonesia.
