Method of Preparation | The scale and intestine of fresh fish are removed and cleaned. After cleaning fish are spread over bamboo sieve basket and are placed over bamboo tripod and fire applied below sieve basket to fry the fish. This process is applied for 2 hours after that fish keep on open sunlight for 5-6 days |
